  You're supposed to close at midnight, as per the sign on your door. You close at 11:30pm regularly -- I see you in there hiding and pretending you don't hear us over the intercom. I wish I was exaggerating when I said this, but this must be at least the 5th time this has happened. You even had the gall to serve another customer in the drive through, after telling us you were closed for being "short staffed", while being effectively having us trapped because we couldn't reverse out of the drive through. If you're consistently short staffed, how about you hire another person? I get out of work at 11pm, and I will never, ever, go to you guys again. I hope you lose all your business to Wendy's and their late night hours. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. This is horseshit.

  It's been a while since having dinner at a TGIF's and what a disappointment! The portions are a lot smaller than the last time I remember ever coming too a TGIF. The half rack of ribs looked like a child's serving and the salmon was so small it wouldn't cover at least a McDonald's bun. For a $50 dinner, I would expect more than this. We should've had dinner at either Texas Roadhouse or Claim Jumpers...at least we would've gotten what we paid for. The only thing that was "normal" size was the 9 oz wine. Would I come back? Absolutely not!

  Waited 20 min for a double cheeseburger. The first one i got was cold, so i asked for a replacement. The second one i got was also cold, at this time i asked for a refund. The manager on site Giovanni was rude and unsympathetic, very unprofessional. She fought with me that the cheeseburgers were both fine, she proceeded to call me "annoying" in regards to giving me a refund.
  Burgerking has gone down hill imho. From everything from quality of food to employees. I will never visit another burger king again.
